- Where are our Gowns made?

All our items are made in NY/NJ area. We do source some of our best fabrics from Italy, England, France, Korea and even some embroideries from India. Our QA/QC team overseas ALL orders and nothing is shipped out until they have reviewed and approved every garment.
- Where can i buy Eshel New York items?
- At this time we are servicing special clients only and working with each/every client/boutique owner directly. Contact us at Sales @ EshelNewYork.com for more information.
- What are the price ranges for Eshel New York?
- Gowns range from usd $2,200 to $15,000 with even higher costs for Haute Couture Hand-Draped pieces. Overseas pricing will also be higher due to Shipping & Import Duties/Taxes based on your country.
- What Sizes do you make/Carry?
- We make a base size range of size 0 - 18. Anything above Size 18 changes our Grade Rules and we must have a in-person fitting with you to accomodate special sizing. Although this increases the pricing, it allows us to match to your body much more effectively. We also do "made to measure" items when necessary; also for slightly higher pricing. Contact either our Sales team or our proficient retailers to ensure proper measurements and cover any outstanding questions before proceeding.
- Can i just order directly from Eshel New York?
- We process all bridal orders through our retailers. That way, you can try on the gown and have measurements taken. We are happy to be in contact directly with you BUT since all Gowns need alterations, we consider all our Retail partners essential in finsihing our made-to-order pieces for you. So you can see how essential our Retailers are and we cannot handle orders without them!

- How much leadtime do you require on my order?

Some orders could be pulled from Stock but most of our orders are Produced to Order -- approx 5 months leadtime is needed. Because Alterations will be needed to complete your style locally, PLEASE ORDER 9 months prior to your Event and you will not have any issues during the ordering/fitting process! Your Retailer can speak further with you on "Rush" timing, if needed, and additional costs for this service.
- How do i know which size to order?
- Your stylist or Retailer can definitely help you make this decision. All retailers have our size charts and know how to properly measure your body and give you the proper size assignment. Your Retailer/Stylist can also reach out to us and we can help direct them as well.
- Will i need Alterations?
- EVERY Dress/Gown needs slight alterations to make it as close to Perfect as possible. It is also important to have your final fit/alterations done as close to your event as possible so sizing does not change. Your Retailer/stylist will handle this (both order & fitting/alterations) based on your actual body measurements.
